*RESTORATION TODAY*

*LEAVE YOUR COMFORT ZONE [2]*

_"And I will bring the blind by a way that they knew not; I will lead them in paths that they have not known: I will make darkness light before them, and crooked things straight. These things will I do unto them, and not forsake them. Isaiah 42: 16.*_

*Think About This Three Points:

*1. It's Never Easy To Leave Your Comfort Zone:* Moses probably didn't relish leaving the luxury of Pharaoh's palace or the security of his new family in Midian. Yet if he hadn't, he'd have failed to fulfill God's call. But the act of stepping out of comfort, even with all its pain and discomfort, was what God wanted. The greater the call, the greater the sacrifice.

*2. Real Growth Begins Once You Leave Your Comfort Zone:* For forty years Moses benefited from everything Egypt had to offer. But only after he left Egypt for the first time did he begin to learn what was really important: namely, God's purposes. It took another forty years in the desert to discover how God intended to use him and by then he'd been humbled and remoulded by God. The bottom line is: before you can go you have to grow.

*3. Staying In Your Comfort Zone Will Rob You Of Your Greatest Moments And Memories:* Your life story is writing in risks those you took and those you avoided. Twenty years from now you'll be more disappointed about the risks you didn't take than the ones you did. The way to avert tomorrow's regret is by saying yes to Jesus today, whatever He's asking of you. There'll be so much you don't know or understand, but here's a promise you can stand on: I will bring the blind by a way that they knew not; I will lead them in paths that they have not known: I will make darkness light before them, and crooked things straight. These things will I do unto them, and not forsake them?. (v. 16). What more assurance do you need?

*ACTION POINTS:*
The way to avert tomorrow's regret is by saying yes to Jesus today, whatever He's asking of you.

1. Lord Jesus, give me courage to step out of my comfort zone in the name of Jesus.

2. Heavenly Father, make me grow in all areas of life this year in the name of Jesus

3. Lord Jesus, restore unto me the opportunities the devil has robbed me of in the name of Jesus

4. Lord, make me a worthy ambassador for You in the name of Jesus.
