*THEME: WE ARE NEW CREATURES.*
_"Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. II Corinthians 5: 17._
II Corinthians 5: 17 is a very important scripture with regards to the new life of every believer. It says if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. God loves us too much to leave us as we are. He's got a clean heart and a new mind set for you. If you're truly a believer, you've already got them. But God wants us to press on (Philippians 3: 14), to put on our new nature, even if it feels uncomfortable to begin with (like new clothes sometimes could feel).
To do that we have to stop looking at the way things used to be. Whether we're looking back with regret or looking back longingly, let's quit looking back in pain altogether. Let's strive for the new things ahead of us. If you're not working to bring God's Kingdom on earth, you'll always be tempted to look back to what you had and who you were before. God has some great plans ahead of you. So let's get in line with His will today and be part of it.
