LETTER TO THE OTHER WOMAN

DAY 10

The study of MARTHA (Luke 10:38-42)

JESUS CHRIST replied to her by saying, Martha, Martha, you are anxious and troubled about many things; (AMP)........Luke.10.41

Jesus Christ is in your home, you're getting worked up over unnecessary things(distractions)......why not focus on Him and listen to what He's saying.

Oh you can say Jesus Christ dwells in my house irrespective that Christ dwells in your space, you can still be distracted.

You have God and you are still worried about things that don’t count and it separated you from Jesus Christ. Mary (Martha’s sister), chose the good part because she stick to Jesus Christ to hear His word because that alone is enough to her.

Dear WOMAN, amidst all the distraction in the world, choose the word of GOD, stop being disturbed about the cares of life (they might be right things) listen to what God is saying.

You are so concerned and troubled about your future, you pay attention to your future than listening to the WORD of GOD that will make it happen. What we say doesn’t and cannot make things happen but what God says will make things happen.

Why not leave distraction and focus to hear Gods word! Why getting worked up over a lot of things whereby your getting worked up cannot give solution to your questions, why not stay with God to listen and receive the word that will serve as solutions to all your questions.

What got Martha distracted from listening to the word of Jesus was a very good thing, but it was bad timing. "She wanted to feed Jesus but Jesus wants to feed her too with His word and one is very needful than the other."

The WORD of GOD can forever sustain you but the one Martha was concerned about will just sustain for a little while.

Dear WOMAN, choose wisely, amidst all distraction calling your attention, choose the WORD of GOD, feed on God’s word. MARTHA had a very good intention and reason but she misplaced priorities.

Have you not been seeking after what should be added to you?

Dear WOMAN, don't be worried and anxious about many things that'll distract you from hearing what God is saying, leave the distractions. Go, now, God is talking to you. 

Dear WOMAN......"But one thing is needful: and Mary hath chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her."

When you listen and hold unto God's Word, no one/nothing can take it away from you. Choose to listen to what GOD is saying, that's the good part.

As you're going in your day-to-day activities, don't leave God's PRESENCE. Always be connected to hear his WORD.
